Crafts and Crafting: Minion hats for Mama

With a friend's birthday coming up, and her obsession with minions, I knew I had to make something awesome... something awesome like MINION HATS!

I modified this pattern a fair bit to come up with these minion hats (one adult size, one kiddie size.) It started out just an idea to make one for the kiddo but then the thought of her making her partner wear one too so she could have minions was just too good to pass up.

Ideally, the small hat would have ended up a bit smaller but I did use the smallest pattern. (I had this problem just making the monkey hats earlier in the year too.) I still really like the pattern, though, and will be looking at other ways to adapt it as winter sets in.
