Dîd it help? Hmm. Well, I don't feel as bloated, so I guess so. But I don't feel all energetic and full of joy either, so maybe not.
The one thing it did do was reveal that I have a serious sugar addiction, which I'm going to need to work on.
Even though I felt like crap for three solid days, then had to get some pop to help manage the sugar withdrawal - and I had two chocolate bars and three jelly beans - I'm calling this a success. Mostly because I got to day seven without stabbing anyone. Gold star for me.
