January's surprise winner is Murder on the Orient Express. I've never been a huge fan of Agatha Christie or Poirot but there was nothing much else on at the time and I'm still astonished by how much I enjoyed the film. Jay said, "If you can screw up that story, with that cast, you don't deserve to make movies." Well, I guess he's right (even if it's not the most tactful way to put it.)
Anyway, if you haven't seen it yet, check out Murder on the Orient Express -- even if it's not your thing. You won't be disappointed. |
